Annual General Parish Meeting

Dear Parishioners,

On behalf of the Rector and the Parish Council, thank you for your continued, generous support of the Church.

This is to inform that the Annual General Parish Meeting (AGPM) will be held on Sunday, March 29th 2026 after Divine Liturgy (approximately at 12:15-12:30PM).

We strongly request the presence of all parish members with voting rights at the meeting.

According to Parish Constitution, Chapter 4:

Section 4.9. The quorum for AGPM shall be 25% of the total number of Voting Members.

Section 4.10. A simple majority vote of those Voting Members in attendance at AGPM shall be decisive.

Section 4.12. All Parish meetings are open for any Parish Member to attend but only Voting Members present in person may vote at Parish meeting. Voting by proxy is not permitted.

Please Note: If quorum is not met on this day, the AGPM will be adjourned to a later date.
